Week 6 2 again

Having not run for two weeks ( half term fun in France) I returned to week 6 run 2 in the cold. It was fine, but I have decided I run a week in daylight now as I leave for work in the dark and get back in the dark. Roll on the Christmas hols when I should finish week 9 at this rate!6 3 next weekend. More thermals needed.

Well done for getting out there. Cold is a bit of a shock. working out what to wear. Managed without woolly hat and gloves today. Lucky had sun on my face on outward run and most of time on my back on return home.

As you I'm thinking thermals !

Good luck.

M and s heat gen. I have lots of tops and leggings for work ( Victorian school, dodgy heating) they seem to work well as they are thin but keep you warm
