So I have missed a couple of posts (please forgive me) Craig and I (aka running partner) have just started week 4... we struggled but running along the beach is helping to get us through.
I found this week hard but very rewarding.
I started this programme to help lose weight and get fit - I am currently "very obese" according to all the calculators on the web - I find it amazing that I actually lightly ran for 5 minutes! and twice! this is so exciting to think that I might even make it to 5k!
Back to the couch for now (night off)

Well done jameseeboy...running five minutes is a bit startling the first time, but isn't it a lovely feeling now you know you can do it! And soon you'll feel that way about eight minutes... 😀 Good luck and let us all know how you're getting on!
