I started with C25K yesterday. While running i felt stress in my shin and calf which made running part harder so i have to shorten the running duration 30 sec run+2 min walk. Today I am feeling a little pain in my thigh and shin. Am i doing something wrong? Or is this just temporary

Just muscles having to work that haven't worked before probably. Did you do the brisk 5 minute warm up walk and walk down? Have a good couple of days rest and then onward! :-)

Yes i did warm up and cool down

It is called..your body saying.."ok..what is going on here."

Slow,steady and keep it very gentle..days rest..then gently,head onwards 🙂
