Hi, I'm exactly at the same point as you - completed Wk2 R2... doing Wk2 R3 tonight. I'm also enjoying it and the steadying influence and commons sense of this board!
Feels good to have committed to getting off the couch 27 times and knowing (all being well!) that I will have developed a positive and healthy habit at the end of the 9 weeks.
Good luck and keep going!
Hi. God luck with your journey as well.
My niece did C25K and she has just done the inaugural half- marathon at Disneyland Paris, which as we went to support her, has now inspired me to get fit and lose weight.
I now really look forward to my runs.

I Can't believe that I was as I am so unfit. Nevertheless, I agree with everyone's comments this forum is so positive and motivating
