I finished week 2 on Monday but stepped into a pothole in the pavement and twisted my ankle. It only really hurt in the initial wrench and I can walk on it fine but it is still a bit swollen - really want to start week 3 runs today but should I wait?

Ouch.... wait... I would say wait RICE will help and if you are sure there is no swelling after today, maybe a tentative, see how you go run..best be safe... the IC is not a good place to be...

Listen to the advice from our lovely Oldfloss. Rest a bit and make sure your ankle is fine before making a bid for week 3!

Oh no please don't....you'll only end up damaging yourself. RICE it. Let swelling go down completely before you run!
