Just finished Week 5 r1 and I feel fabulous! Didn't seem to be out of breath quite so much and recovered quicker on the 3 min walks, hopefully it's because I'm getting fitter??
It's also great that my 23 year old daughter said to me " it's great having a cool mum "
Yayyyy that's what running is obviously seen as 👍
Now I'm about to make a big batch of homemade tomato soup from all my tomatoes I have managed to grow in my back garden 🍅🍅
