Hi All

I'm afraid i haven't run much since graduating and doing my first parkrun on September 3rd.What with work and going on holiday for a couple of weeks. Had a go on Thursday night in the park, did the parkrun course unofficially just to see if i still could and did a time of around 39 mins. But it was hard work and my legs ached a bit but i still decided to do my 2nd Official parkrun today and got a time of 37:38. Not too bad considering. Hoping to do more parkruns in the future as they are great fun.(Still hoping to beat my PB from my first run of 36:41).

Well done, very respectable times. If I can ever improve my speed so I run 5k in under 40 minutes I would love to do a Park run. Hubby is set to do his first next week, so I am going to go along and cheer him on and suss out just how slow is acceptable!
