I'm up to week 7 and thought I would do the 5k Color Run (loads of fun). Unfortunately I twisted by ankle. I've rested it for a week and it's still a bit achy, but I am busting to get back to running. Has anyone else had similar injury and/ or got any advice re recovery time and how to get back on track?

I think only you can say how you feel, and how bad your injury was/is. Have you iced it as well as resting? When is your race? Maybe you can attend but walk some of it?
