Lost fitness?

Been a while! Finally did w5r3 but went into it without any running for 3 odd months! I managed to complete it but found I was really struggling by the end. Not sure if I've lost fitness? I do a very active job (which is also why I've not had time to run). Any suggestions? Not sure whether to repeat w5. I was originally going to start w5 again but played the wrong podcast by accident and went with it..

You completed the W5R3, 20 minute run. Congratulations! I suggest you move forward.

Great! Just wasn't sure if it's a big jump to week 6 or not

Hope your work schedule opens up a bit for your runs.
