Today is stressful because I've set myself some pretty big thesis challenges - 12,000 words by the end of the day! I was worried I wouldn't have time to get my run in (I'm still trying to get back into it since by 4 weeks off...) but I needed to go to the library to get a book out and thought, why can't that be my run? It's close enough to a 10-10 and besides, any run is better than none! Cue me browsing the shelves all red and sweaty but feeling pretty proud of myself tbh!
