Week 4 done and sub 30 minute 4k!

After a really tough week at work, I did it! W4R3 done not 5 minutes ago! I pushed myself to speed up this time as the week 5 runs look scary and I'm not going to focus on distance that week... And I'm so pleased 4 k in 29 min 27s and continued my warm down walk till I hit 5k and it was 37 min 56 s. Yayayay! I know, I know speed is not the point but yayayay!
