I started the couch to 5 K a couple of years ago but only got to week 4. Recently restarted doing it with my friend. It helps with motivation. We have just finished week 3 run 1 and very pleased with ourselves. It was a struggle but we did it.

Well done on completing your first run. Enjoy your rest day. I too startedpreviously and did not complete. But I started again 9 weeks ago and completed on Friday. The difference? This forum. Hang around, keep posting you will get plenty of help support and advice to help you through. Good luck.

One thing that helped me on the hardest runs was to imagine the wonderful people in this forum lining the road clapping me on. It really helped. Good luck with your journey. I graduated this morning and if I can do it, anyone can!
