Do you have to run every day? Can't see...
No the plan is geared up for a rest day in between so the muscles have time to repair. Some people take one day some take two it depends on when you start an example is Mon Wed Fri with a two day break. Hope that helps
every other day or three times a week is the most popular, when I did the program I choose three running days a week and stuck to them if I could, then you get an extra day off for your muscles which sometimes is a relief as the program progresses. good luck.
No... rest days are crucial if you want to complete the programme injury free and enjoyably

It gives you links to the strength and flex exercises to which are useful for rest days ?
Well done for taking the first step. Rest is as much a part of your training as running. It allows your body to recuperate and become stronger for your next run. Rest increases the training effect of active training sessions. Good luck with it,
No you don't. Download C25k and the podcaster will tell you what to do, whether it be Laura or Michael Johnson. All will be revealed. The good news is that you walk most of the way, with just 30 second bouts of jogging in between
