the plan worked, completed this run today and it was really not too bad. the first half is always harder than the second for some reason.
figured out my best running time is straight after breakfast, not always possible but really makes a positive difference
can't believe I keep saying how much I look forward to my next run!
for everyone just starting out, then stick with it, it's definitely worth it and you won't believe how fast you can progress
