advice please wk 7 day 1 (tuesday as ive listened to advice & im having a rest day tomorrow) at the end of my 15 minute run today my calves were cramping any advice for my 20 minute run tuesday on how to manage it for that extra 5 mins please?

Well do e for getting this far. Definitely observe rest days religiously. However, rest doesn't mean nothing at all. Perhaps try a swim tomorrow or a cross training class of some kind. Also, make sure you thoroughly stretch out your legs, both before and after running. Check out which stretches are suitable- warm up and cool down stretches can differ. Good luck, take it slow and keep going!

Stretching during the day, including rest days, may help, but also make sure you are well hydrated and that you are not deficient in potassium and carbs........eat a banana before you run and drink some water.
