That was hard work from start to finish😂 Putting it down to a very long work day yesterday lol. I could have done without the headwind for the last 2 minutes. I've got to the stage where the music is driving me potty but I feel like if I dropped the podcast for my last 4 runs I would be cheating on Laura 😱, sure I can suffer it for a while longer. Ps was hoping that it would be a little easier by now 🙊

Funny how I am thinking exactly the same as you, can't ditch Laura at Week 8! I do find her encouragement very helpful still. I was also hoping it would be easier, though Run 2 was easier than Run 1. Have yet to do Run 3 ... good luck and well done.

I completely agree... Very tempting, I'm not sure the 10 minute reminder helps me in this week- there's still far too far to go, it's a little depressing, tell me halfway and near the end 😂😂

You can use the NHS living well c25k app to get Laura and your own music. She helpfully interrupts when she has something to say otherwise she is quiet.

It doesn't necessarily get _much_ easier but you find you achieve more for the same amount of effort, and recovery happens much quicker if that makes sense?

Anyway, keep going - slow and steady wins the race :-).
