I've been really out of the habit for about a month now and I'm determined to start back properly, running 3x a week. I was on W7R1 and I'm a bit nervou about how to get back into it; I'm hoping I'll be able to redo it and start from there but does anyone who's been in a similar position have any advice? Thanks

I would start from about week 3 and if that feels OK move to week 4 etc. It is best to start with confidance than set yourself up to fail.... good luck

Best advice I have is just to get those running shoes on... get out with no expectations other than to try YOUR best ans see how you go no fail there only success.. you will have gotten back out and hopefully your passion will return
