Long break

I've been really out of the habit for about a month now and I'm determined to start back properly, running 3x a week. I was on W7R1 and I'm a bit nervou about how to get back into it; I'm hoping I'll be able to redo it and start from there but does anyone who's been in a similar position have any advice? Thanks

I would start from about week 3 and if that feels OK move to week 4 etc. It is best to start with confidance than set yourself up to fail.... good luck

Best advice I have is just to get those running shoes on... get out with no expectations other than to try YOUR best ans see how you go :) no fail there only success.. you will have gotten back out and hopefully your passion will return :)

Good luck x

Ps. I had to stop the program on week 8 for 6weeks due to a Stress fracture on my knee.. and managed to pretty much start carefully from where I left off..:) so it may surprise you how much strength you don't lose :)
