On schedule-ish!

Still at it. W3R3 done. But will prob do it again. Did W3R1 last Wed, but had to cut it short when phone call came in just under half way through - so probably about 5 mins short, then missed Friday's run - just no time to do W3R2, so did not get to that until Sunday, and now today, have just done W3R3. So I've done all 3(ish), but over a longer timeframe.

So should I go for W4R1 on Thursday or another W3R3, and then W4R1 on Saturday? Answers on the back of a postcard pls.....TY.

If you've completed all three runs just move on. It doesn't matter if you have more rest days - no time limit to the programme.

W4R1 next.

If you can't take the phone call and keep running, you may be going too fast (It's OK! I know the music and Laura are too much on top of a call)

Agree with Ullyrunner. Move on to wk4, you can do this!

It doesn't matter if you have more than 1 rest day in between runs; most of the earlier weeks I took 2 days in between instead of 1.
