Outside run 2 and technical disaster. First earphones ran out of charge then phone. No singing to help breathing.
Good run though. I have now done the 2 circuits that make up the bulk of the park run. Just the 400m start and finish to add. So 4.2 km in 32 mins. Not too shabby I think. And to top it all look at the view from the top.

Does indeed look beautiful. My earphones ran out of charge the second time I used them (forgot to turn them off between runs!) so I put them in my pocket. Unfortunately I forgot I'd done it and put the top through the wash - whoops! They don't work any more so I've had to steal my husbands - his are better than mine anyway !
Stunning view - I love running in nature. Not the nature the other canine visitors leave, but you know what I mean ;-).
For breathing, I find it really useful breathing in for three steps and then out for four steps. Big belly breaths as well, in and out through the mouth. Really helps get into 'the zone'.
