just completed the above run (insert jog) and I have to say I really enjoyed it. The gremlins shifted from breathing to legs and back but I just slowed it down and they went away. I have also realised that the two routes I use all have lengthy hills but if I run on these the flat has got to be easier if I ever find it. Also ran in shorts for the first time...amazing 😊 and to top it off Laura says she now classes me as a runner 🏃 🏃 🏃 🏃 Whoopie

Congrats Ian - graduation is just around the corner now.
I am sure I am not alone in finding the last few weeks of the plan very different - no more walk breaks, you are a 'proper' runner now and every week just felt easier somehow.
Congratulations - at least when people ask you your plans went you can say with a straight face (I can't believe I am going to type this...) 'yeah, you know, up and down'...
Wow, I have to stop these awful jokes ;-).
