Post graduation run 1. Very hot in the gym. Aim was to hit the magic 5k but not yet! Managed a very sticky and sweaty 30 mins and ran 4.68k. Very close now x

Can't do outside at the moment as the tree pollen is rife and my hayfever and asthma can't put up with it. It has been soooo hot that unless I run at 5 am I don't think I can manage it.
