Looks like u r in the Grad Club! Congratulations. I think running three times a week has helped me so much. Only time I didn't do that was to take a week off for a knee injury. Are you running for 30 minutes each time??

2 - 3 times per week, as I'm a bit of a fair weather runner!!! We have a 5km loop that we run each time that takes about 30 minutes. Today we have run a bit further 3.7 miles, aiming for 10km by the end of the summer!
