Not sure what the actual run should have been but we did another 20 min run today. Added a hill to push our stamina.
Some of the group even managed 25mins tonight. Our week is going to be a little different too one more 20min run and one 12/3/12 run.
Really looking forward to the final run having a little break lol

Adding a hill sounds like it's pushing you still each time. Not got as far as you so not sure how much of a deviation to ' Laura', but still sounds impressive to me!
