Really?????

This couch potato graduated in May for 5K and I've only gone and run 10K this morning! Nothing is impossible! I actually found 10 easier than 5 for some reason. I've had the feeling for a while that I only warm up after 4K. Can I graduate for my next badge now? I used 5K to 10K app from zen labs.

I haven't finished the program yet though. Just pushed myself a bit more today so shall I wait until I've got to the end of the program? Xxx

No not at all , if you've ran 10k you can have a 10k badge , it doesn't depend on which programme you are using to get from 5k to 10k :-)

If you want to wait though, its entirely up to you , but once you've ran 10k , you can ask for a 10k badge :-)

You are perfectly entitled to it :-) xxx

Great work Scoobydavid you have done really well 😊

You're bonkers (she said in utter admiration!). You're obviously a natural! I did my first 10k about 6 weeks after graduation, but it was probably too early because my shins started protesting 24h later. So I took a week off and started building up to 10k slowly again. Now at 8k with no problems - but you're amazing. Half marathon next week, is it?

Lol. I think that's in the distance but definitely beckoning me temptingly!
