W5R3. Frightened the pedestrian!

As I came around that final bend, after my first 20 minute run & burst Rocky-like into celebration, arms a-kimbo, the old chap with his dog gave rather a start which made us both laugh! Another milestone reached (the run, not scaring a pensioner!!)

We have all done it... scared someone that is..I made two schoolgirls jump, with my whoops of joy! They are good friends now...so used to seeing the strange old mad woman running!
