As I have signed up for half marathon in Feb thought I had best try 10k. Did it in an hour 10 would of been slightly faster but I fell over. Luckily only my pride was hurt. Was quite proud of myself for picking myself up and carrying on though!

Running on timber road on Brighton seafront and checking my fitbit, doh! At about 8k.
