Yes, I know I was on W1R3 but I have found week 1 relatively easy this time round so I decided to move on. It was definitely 'doable' and I am pleased with my progress. I beat my 'lazy bug' this morning, I got up and immediately battled my way into my sports bra before the lazy bug had woken up. I had to run then, I wasn't wasting all that effort!

The putting on of the bra is harder work than the actual run! LOL
Glad you got out there. It's fab int it, once you're out there all warmed up and giving it large. Just take your time, slow is fine, and you'll finish the session without undue stress/exhaustion
Enjoy the rest of your day

I feel your pain with the sports bra I consider it the pre upper body work out!
