I finished W4 yesterday. I had a sore knee after w4r2 but it felt OK, a bit stiff so went for it! Big mistake. Now it's really painful, so back to ice, rest and painkillers! So I don't think I'll be doing w5 just yet. So frustrated, but I should be able to do w5 of the strength and flex programme. I hope it'll be fine soon.

Oh that's bad luck. Let it heal properly - a week or 2 - before running again. Unfortunately there are no short cuts with knees. Ease back into it.
