Hi I am really enjoying cto5k so far (if that's the right word for it). Already l feel more energised and positive. I am finding it tough because l haven't done any proper exercise for ages. I can see how people get the bug for this running lark though and I am determined to keep going with it x

Welcome & well done! Keep checking in here for advice and encouragement and remember, the point of the plan is to get you running for 30 minutes - doesn't matter how 'fast' or how far, just a steady 30 minute run at your own pace. Best of luck!

I'm so glad you're enjoying it, it really is the best thing ever.  Don't worry about not having exercised before this, many people  go from a standing start and graduate successfully, taking it slow and steady.
