Masectomy survivor(One year) I am 77ears of age  amd determined to get back to peak fitness. I have lymphoedema and can walk but not run at present. soo I get started on this challenge? I live in Kiev Ukraine.

Good luck tomkitten. Take it all very slowly and build up gradually and, of course, enjoy yourself

yes you can give it a try, Just follow the programme and progress as you feel ready. The best advice for new runners is just go slow. Good luck!

If you think of it as a running *motion* rather than as something that is faster than a brisk walk, it might not be too big a challenge.
