Life after birth!

Before I got pregnant I did the couch2 5K program, and absolutely loved it!!!!  And... Then I got pregnant and stopped... 

my son is now 4 weeks and I'm itching to get my life back a bit and start running again. Just got to wait another 4 weeks for my post birth doc appt and be ok'd to exercise again.!! So in the mean time, I'm reading this forum to keep myself motivated and dreaming of running through all of your posts!

COme on! You can't expect to get away with that!  Where are the photos of said son, and more details like his name??? We need to know this stuff.  Anyway massive congrats on the birth and take it easy while you can.
