What did you do for your 5 minute warm up? I don't think I'll be able to walk around much while waiting at the starting line, and I really don't want to start out walking.. What are some ideas?

At parkrun ? Or in general
For my parkrun, I simply walk there from home; it is about 2.25km an it takes me about 12-15 minutes.
If you are too far from the starting line and you have to take a car, you can park at about 1km distance and walk to the location as a warm-up. If you arrive by bus, you can get off one stop before and walk.
If none of those alternatives is possible, I'm afraid the only other option is to jog in place at the starting line.
At our 5k races they lead us through a bunch of moving stretches, marching on the spot and jumping jacks. Some folks jog or walk around.
Do the warm up! I make sure I'm smoking hot before the start. If not, I run like a cardboard cut out. Your warm up is your affair and you will evolve one to suit you
I do high knees, skipping (no rope - just on the spot), arm swings, skaters and jumping jacks. Count of 30 for each one and do the whole thing twice before heading out the door. I do a five minute walk as well, or sometimes 10 if it's freezing.
Some do nothing but it's up to you and what you need to do.
Good luck
