Really enjoying the couch25k- completed week 5 and about to start week 6!! Am going slow but to b honest wen I started I didn't think I cud run 20 seconds never mind 20 mins- so it's an achievement!!!!

Well done. Slow is perfect to graduate because every week, it is getting progressively more challenging and finding the pace that helps you to do the run time is perfect. Plenty of time once you graduate to think about speed and I found it naturally improved with my fitness
