New threshold broken - again! Amazing how this Works.

While nurturing my Femoris, I have to jog and not run for a while while building core and hip flexors.  So Keeping in pace with the past progress rate, I did the following work out today at the track.

Today's work out was:

3.25 miles

7 min minutes walk

Dynamic stretches

walk 4:00 warm up

Jog 3:00 Walk 3:00

Jog 4:00 Walk 2:00

Jog 5:00 Walk 2:00

Jog 6:00 walk 5:00 cool down

stretch

7 min walk home

Actual work out time 34 minutes,

activity time 49 minutes

5K Saturday April 30

I CAN do all things through CHRIST who strengthens me.
