Today has been odd. One of my lovely team resigned, I discovered I'd failed an exam by 4% and I broke a couch 25k rule by going out 2 days in a row.
In my defence, my legs felt fine and I needed a back to back if I want to graduate before I go to Cornwall next Saturday.
It was freezing cold and raining but I did w8r2 and a really even pace too (unlike my last one).
Good on you for getting out there in the cold and wet, been sunny here again today. And two days in a row - impressive, I could not do that! Not long to go now!
Sorry you had such a bad day. (I would wrap my arms around my smelly golden retriever and sing "The sun will come out tomorrow" for you, but I'll probably make it rain instead.) Well done for kicking back with a run - and enjoy your visit to Cornwall. (My home region -sniff.)
