Hi all, on 4th April, I signed up to a weightless sight (nutracheck).  As I have a lot of weight to lose.  I also started going to the gym 5 times out of 7.  Todate I have lose 1 stone and 1lb.  Someone on the site mention C25k so I've decided to check it out.  I am going to the gym later to start any tips for me.

Hi and welcome and well done on your weight loss so far 😊

The mantra is slow and steady, the goal is to complete the timed runs , take the rest days and the main and most important thing is to enjoy it ☺

Good luck and keep posting with your progress and or any questions 😊

Just take it very slowly.  I started after losing 5 stone and I still have 3 and a half more to lose, but was desperate to run again.  I have missed it so much since gaining the weight.

What I found I needed to do was repeat a few days here and there, but I don't mind, I will get there in the end.

So will you, so good luck!
