Hi all

I have just completed w6R3 . It has taken a long time as I had been running on a treadmill during the winter months of horrid weather. Running 25 minutes on a treadmill was not a problem, but running 10 on the road was ! I have persevered on the road though and have now managed 2 weeks of running  25 minutes with no stops. My next target  is running 5K. I have managed 4.46K so far so not too much of a distance to go. 9 weeks ago  I could not run 3 mins without stopping and even I am amazed how far I have come in this challenge!

Don't worry about distance or speed. you are doing brilliantly!

Getting out there is fabulous.. I missed it so much when I was crocked and love it when I am out there.

Go you... slow and steady, time for speed etc, can come after the big day! :)
