Good job it was in the gym with toilets nearby. Still not looking forward to W5R3 though. Twenty minutes seems like a long way.

This is why I ran and then had a big roast dinner lol, learned early that its always better to have a snack pre-training (I do karate as well as run) and then a meal at some point after! Well done on your easy(ish) run, 20 minutes scares everyone I think but go nice and slow and its doable, good luck
