Hi i made it to the end of week 2 yay i actually did 4 week 2 runs as i only managed 2 runs this week due to a heavy weekend so thought may as well start week 3 next monday then i am back to starting each new week at the beginning of my running week as i run mon,wed,fri, wed run was great my legs def appreciated the 5 day gap i gave them they didn't enjoy being dragged out at 6.15 this morning in the frost though but i did manage to do it all although my lower right leg was aching by the last run,i am now actually looking forward to starting week 3 on monday have a good weekend everyone.
