And the last run of the week went a lot better than the second one. Weather was really shitty here on monday and tuesday, so I finished with a little delay again but I guess that's okay. I am curious to see if I will be able to manage week 3, as I highly doubt I'll be able to run 3 min at a time yet, but I do trust the program and will try my best to make it through. On we gooooooo

Well done. Slow and steady as you go and you can achieve anything the plan has to throw at you. I’m 4 years into my journey soon, and I’m still amazed that I can complete 60 seconds when I look back 🤣
