Well here it was again W3R1 My old friend πŸ˜‰ So last week just before my back decided to follow my knees and give up... I went to a local running shop to get my gait sorted and then ordered some shoes... So last night was the run and as I started I forgot I had not put on my knee protector (I put this down to mapmyrun thinking I was still on a run and the 10 minutes it held me back so I have deleted that. Is there another app out there to use that does not have a annoying American talking?) and started out walking. It was not until The Lovely Laura said in that way 'OK it's time to start the first 90 second run' did I realise I had no support and thought oh goody this is going to go well! πŸ˜ͺ But to my amazement I did not feel a thing! No pain in either knee! πŸ€— I did the first 90 seconds with no problem and then the 3 minute and I could feel the gel taking all the load and the spring in my step....

First run out the way knees feel a bit sore this morning but apart from that all working so slowly slowly catchy Monkey..... Wednesday R2 here we come...πŸ™
