W2r3 completed :) after r2 I seriously doubted if I could do this.. but got out and run 3 in I actually felt stronger.. breathing settled and I could feel confident in finishing :) week 3 is daunting.. but as you all say... have faith in the programme and get out there and give it my best! Thank you all for advice and encouragement x

Well done! I found week 3 easier than week 2, actually. Maybe because there are fewer starts and stops. Good luck!

I also found the prospect of doing week 3 run 1 daunting when looking at what was involved but would have to say i was pleasantly surprised with how well i did, as everyone said to me don't worry about it and just take it slow.Do my next run WK3 R2 tomorrow so will report back.
