Have completed run 1 of week 2 and feel ok! I think last week was the worst - actually getting started. Running for 90 seconds is tough how I am ever going to do 25 minutes is a mystery?? But I am going to follow the formula and see if I can do it. Beautiful sunny morning helps. 😀

Have to agree with oldfloss, slow and steady is definately the key with this, don't look ahead, although its very tempting!! Just take it one session at a time and follow it to the letter, it absolutely works I promise
We all wondered that, but we all got there. Don't worry about it, just focus on the next run and it will go according to plan.
As you correctly surmised, getting yourself out for the first one is the hardest by far. By the time you get to W7R1 you will be ready for it, and it will not be nearly as challenging as W1R1 was.
