Family run

Just completed a great family run with my hubby (Kevin) and 17 year old son (Ryan)

Olympic Park was bathed in watery sunshine and gentle breeze along the canal

In training for a 10k on 31st

Today manage 6K in 41 minutes.

Please with that as didn't feel 100% this morning.

Hi yes we are,my step son and a friend is also joining us,so will be great fun

I'm doing that run too, I am doing it with my running group. There will be quite a few of us. We have some fast runners and some not so fast. So you'll see us somewhere I think as we'll be spread out. We'll be in bright green t's
