W9R3 and all I wanted was my kids at the finish line holding a ribbon with maybe some Pom poms, perhaps a small firework display! But no they're still in bed!!

Never mind...I DID IT anyway!!

Oh I know... I can remember crawling home feeling very weird no-one was interested. But the thing is... completing C25K is for keeps, you'll always have it and whenever you need it, you can get it out and look at it shine. But yeah, would've been nice to have some familial affirmation.

Congratulations! I think we're organising cannons and the 1812 already so enjoy, you've earned it.

Well done on finishing c25k. Now the fun starts. There are more firsts ahead of you. Your first parkrun! Your first Event. Your first parkrun as a tourist. If you want speed then your first PB at parkrun, and if you want distance then your first 10K, HM, Marathon etc. And if the kids are so inclined you can all do parkrun and cross the finish lie together.

Oh, I so know that feeling, Sarah. I graduated this morning and to say the family reaction was underwhelming would be the understatement of the year. Blank incomprehension probably describes it best..... But we all know what it means so I'm sending you cannons, whistles, pom poms and a ticker tape parade! Really really well done!! :-) xxx
