What running plans do you have after graduation?

Work my way up to 5k....I'm doing about 4K at the moment and a park run in the spring!

I'm also doing about 4K at the moment. When I started, a friend who had graduated a while ago asked me to do a 5k park run with her, which would be a good thing to aim for, I'm not sure whether to keep using the week 9 app for the moment, or whether to look for something else.

I'm wondering the same. Might try without Laura for a bit and keep her as back up if I get demotivated!!
