Finished W8R3. The gremlins were out in force. But my playlist helped.
I had had a long day. And didn't feel as upbeat at the end of the run as I felt after W8R1 and W8R2.
Not sure what's going on.

hahaha it is indeed a wrench when you have to do without Laura
Some days, it is plain hard work to get round and others feel like a gazelle! Don't know why, it's a mystery. I liked Laura but I was happy to just run
I'm planning on sticking with Laura and the week 9 podcast for a while longer! Til I'm finally ready to fledge the nest!! 😉

If you are feeling a bit gloomy after exercise it can often be that you haven't eaten enough before your run. I know, I asked Mr Google and he told me! I used to feel a bit down sometimes, make sure you've eaten enough and see if that helps Ash xxx
Don't worry, you'll soon get over Laura. Have something to keep check of distance and some music and away you go..
