New trail shoes!

My lovely Asics Gel Fuji Trabucos arrived yesterday. Not tested properly yet as it was too dark to hit any muddy trails when I ran yesterday, but they feel so comfy. Can't wait to take them out!! How sad am I!

In absence of head torch or flaming torch kind of thing...don't worry, it is on my wish list (the head torch, not flaming torch)! I have tried eating carrots, stumbled round in the dusk a bit but have not developed any meaningful night vision as yet! Any tips/ recommendations?

Not sad at all! i like the shoes, and thats good for me as i'm not a pink person, but they are a nice raspberry colour! happy trail running!!

Nice shoes.

Wouldn't recommend any trail running in the dark without a head torch. Tried it early one morning while convincing myself that "it'll be light soon" and amazed not to have twisted an ankle!
