New shoes alert!

Dave's not the only one with new shoes today. Now I know I will continue to run way past graduation, (yes I'm hooked), I toddled off to my local sports shop for gait analysis. They were so good to me as a beginner runner, they are all hardened triathletes I was told. Anyway, see photo of my new lovelies.

I have Brooks Cascadia trail and some Brooks Glycerine. My physio commented on them the other day, in a positive way I'm happy to say

You should get some miles out of those babies! You can log your miles on them to give you an idea of when you might need a new pair.

Saucony guide8, found out from the video of me on the treadmill that I slightly turn my left foot in when I run so was advised that these are mildy corrective and should prevent injury to knees etc as I start to do longer distances

Absolutely lovely. Make sure you do the loop at the last two holes. It will hold your shoes on your feet better.
