Finished week 8 last night. Been doing 30 minutes for the last two so think week 9 is in the bag. Having to do all on the treadmill but I guess 30 minutes is 30 minutes. Fingers crossed for week 9!!

30 minutes on the treadmill is more like half a lifetime! But that;'s the way I did it too. Is it possible for you to run outside? If so I'd encourage you to try it. Once you are over the initial trials of pace and puddles etc, you'll like it far more than the treadmill. Is there a parkrun close to you? It would be a fantastic way to finish c25k
Well done for finishing week 8 and I'm sure that by the end of the week you be posting that you've graduated
I'm on holiday this week and the area is extremely hilly, as well as unfamiliar, so am sticking to the gym. For the last weeks however I have been running at least one day a week outside which I really enjoy, even though I find it slightly more difficult for some reason.
What I can say now is I have no mental block anymore and the thought of running 30+ minutes doesn't concern me at all. It's amazing how well this C25k prepares you mentally and physically!
